HOUSING & SERVICES MANAGER
Drogheda Homeless Aid provides accommodation for men in our emergency
**Apply on the website**-bed hostel and provides transitional and
long-term housing for homeless men, women, and families. We are an
approved housing body and hope to expand our services. Our support
services offers casework and assessment care plans for all clients
experiencing homelessness. Our aim is to enable our clients to
maintain housing and to live independently in the community.
DUTIES
The Housing & Services Manager will oversee the day to day management
of the transitional and long-term properties own by DHA. Link in with
short and long-term tenants and support them in living independently.
Supervise the support services team within the hostel and oversee the
allocation of clients. As this is a developmental management role we
welcome applicants that are focussed on creating an inclusive
environment where everyone can thrive and reach their maximum
potential while adding value to both our clients and the organisation.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Educated to a Degree in a relevant related field;
* Prior experience with programme and/or project management in the
homeless/public/charity sector;
* Flexible, dependable, self-motivated, with a proven track-record
working as part of a team;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Experience of case working and developing action plans with
clients;
* Full clean driving licence with access to own car.
